This site uses Plausible Analytics to understand overall traffic, such as how many people visit and which pages are popular. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect or store any personal data about individual visitors, it only reports anonymous, aggregated numbers. This site does not run advertising or tracking scripts, and does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Personal data collected through this site is used only to respond to inquiries and to schedule and conduct calls. It is not used for any other purpose without your knowledge.
If you become a client, any business or project data shared during an engagement is governed separately by the data handling terms in the client services agreement, which cover storage, access, retention, and deletion. Those terms are provided and agreed to before any project data is shared, not by this website.
Email is hosted through Microsoft 365. Booking data is held by Calendly. This website itself is hosted through Netlify and does not operate its own database or server-side storage.
You can ask, at any time, to see what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, by emailing contact@bzlconsulting.ca. This applies regardless of where you're located, including under Canada's PIPEDA and the EU's GDPR for visitors in France or elsewhere in the European Union.
